Season Parking Permits

Football season ticket holders are eligible to purchase the following number of parking permits (allocated based on giving level):

1-4 season tickets: 1 parking permit
5-8 season tickets: 2 parking permits
9-12 season tickets: 3 parking permits
13+ season tickets: 4 parking permits

Football season tickets holders will be eligible to purchase additional parking permits, if available, based on their giving level:

Gray Club ($500+): 1 additional permit in “B” lot only
Ambassador Club ($5,000-$9,999): 1 additional permit
Leadership Circle ($10,000-$24,999): 2 additional permits
Champions Circle ($25,000): 3 additional permits

  • RV Region 1 and Region 2 require an annual minimum Cougar Athletic Fund (CAF) donation of $2,500 and $1,000, respectively. Season passes for RV Regions 3-6 require an annual minimum Cougar Athletic Fund (CAF) donation of $750. This donation requirement is not in addition to your season ticket requirement or CAF donation. CAF members have the option to renew the season pass annually.

    In order to purchase or renew a RV season pass, you must be a football season ticket holder. For questions, please contact the WSU Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-GO-COUGS.

    Zone size limits:

    Zone 1: fits any size RV

    Zone 2: fits 30 feet or less

    Lot 1: 132 (Zone 1: 121, Zone 2: 11) SOLD OUT

    CAF donation requirements impact the lives of student-athletes and provide critical funds for scholarship support.

  • Minimum Criteria:

    All RV passes are allocated based on the following criteria:

    • CAF member minimum donation requirement and pass cost (varies by lot – see HERE for specific pricing)
    • Football season ticket holder

     

    Allocation and Ranking:

    • In the event there is available inventory, new applicants who have met the above criteria will be considered for a pass. All new applicants will be assigned based on the following tiered system, with the highest rank receiving priority until inventory is exhausted. Within each Tier, donors will be ranked by annual giving level first then CAF rank within each giving level:
      • Tier 1: Donors within a six (6) or seven (7) figure major gift commitment/pledge to any athletic fund (student-athlete support (scholarships), facilities, sport specific giving, etc.); AND/OR Donors who are current Champions Circle members ($25K annually to student-athlete support). First payment must be made by the end of the fiscal year prior to start of season (June 30). 
      • Tier 2: Donors who are current Leadership Circle members ($10K annually to student-athlete support) or within a $50K – 99,999 major gift commitment/pledge to another athletic fund.
      • Tier 3: Donors who are current Ambassadors Club members ($5K - $9,999) or within a $25K - 49,999 major gift commitment/pledge to another athletic fund.
      • Tier 4: Donors under $5K annually in donations
    • If a donor is interested in a second pass (any lot) or additional loge box, the donor must fall under Tier 1 requirements for a six figure pledge to an athletic fund. One-time donations to the Champions Circle ($25K) will not qualify donors for second passes. Requests for third passes/loge boxes will not be accepted.
    • All contributions to the CAF paid by June 30 will be used to determine your giving level and rank – and will therefore impact your location on the waitlist for allocation.
    • If there is available inventory at the conclusion of the initial allocation process, CAF will contact qualified wait list applicants based on the above criteria.
    • The CAF cannot predict the necessary CAF points or donation amounts required for relocating or adding premium seating, parking passes, RV passes, etc .

     

    Premium Seating and RV Parking Waitlist:

    • Starting July 1, 2022, renewal on the premium seating/RV parking waitlist must be confirmed annually.
    •  Information will be sent regarding how to confirm your interest during ticket renewal season each year. 
      • Failure to confirm interest prior to June 30 will result in your name being removed from the waitlist. 
      • If you are interested in making a major gift pledge to improve your location on the waitlist, the first installment must also be received by June 30. A pledge with no payments will result in the forfeit of your location on the waitlist. 
    • Donors may move up or down a lot (i.e. from 1 to any other lot) if inventory becomes available. Must be added to the waitlist with pass indication preferred. Current pass holders do not receive additional priority in moving lots. 
    • While lot preference and/or premium seating location may be indicated on your waitlist inquiry, we cannot guarantee specific pass locations should a pass become available. 
    • RV, loge and suite waitlists will all be maintained separately. .
