Your generosity helped raise over $250k for student-athlete scholarships!
This November, we celebrated the commitment, strength, and generosity of the Cougar Family. Our alumni, fans, and supporters make up a group that epitomize what it truly means to be #MadeofCrimson.
Proudly sponsored by Gesa Credit Union, Give Strong, Finish Strong, rallied behind the strength and determination of Cougar Football during the final drive of the season.
With an initial goal of $100,000, the campaign aimed to fill a football field with giving, where each yard on the field represented $1,000 of support. When the end zone was reached, Gesa Credit Union's contribution of $10,000 was unlocked. The touchdown donation was made on Nov. 22, and with a little over a week remaining in the month, the Cougar Athletic Fund ran back down the field, pushing the goal to $200,000.
With the support of Cougar Nation, the total amount raised for student-athlete scholarships was $257,787.64. Thank you to everyone who participated in this campaign! Your generous donations continue a legacy of excellence and ensures that Washington State's Athletic community has the opportunity to succeed for years to come.
